Chassis/Skid
of Caravan is made from two 180 mm longitudes "I" beams with 120 mm U channels as cross members. At the front of the "I" beams a pipe is welded in order to pull on/off the Caravan. Furthermore, four special hooks are welded onto the chassis to lift the caravan with a crane.
 

Walls
are made from one piece sandwich panels, with two side"s pre painted Aluminum- Zinc alloy coated sheets (top side 25 microns super polyester paint and bottom side special primer) with 40 mm polyurethane insulation (Bayer Germany). This one-piece panel has the advantage of not having joints. This ensures that no matter how many times the caravans are moved it will still be airtight.(colour-white)





Roof
is made from a one piece sandwich panel with one side Aluminum- Zinc alloy coated sheets for all types of weathers and on the other side pre painted Aluminum- Zinc coated sheets (top side 25 microns super polyester paint and bottom side special primer) with 40 mm polyurethane insulation (Bayer Germany). It is very important especially in the roof that it is made in one piece. Otherwise there would be the danger of water leakage. As far as we know we are one of the few or maybe the only manufacturer that can make the roof in one piece (colour-white).

Floor
is made from a one-piece sandwich panel with one side Aluminum- Zinc alloy coated sheets for all types of weathers and on the other side compact pressed wood with PVC covering. The panel is insulated with 40 mm of polyurethane.



Windows
are made from special Aluminum profiles with 4 mm glass. Windows are double glazed with rubber gaskets to keep the windows airtight and are provided with special mesh.











Doors
are made from sandwich panels, with two side"s pre painted Aluminum- Zinc alloy coated sheets (top side 25 microns super polyester paint and bottom side special primer) with 40 mm polyurethane insulation (Bayer Germany). A light steel frame reinforces the Doors. Door Measurement is 100x200 cm.









Electrical
wirings will be visual on top of the panels in an iron or PVC covering. Each building set will have its own electrical panel with an external quick connector 32 amps made in Germany. All electrical sockets are 15 amps made in U.K.








 

Bathroom
have aluminum floor walls are made from one piece sandwich panels, with two side"s pre painted Aluminum- Zinc alloy coated sheets with 40 mm polyurethane insulation. Shower boxes inside the bathroom are made from special one-piece fiberglass boxes. This one-piece design ensures that there is no leakage. Each bathroom is equipped with a 50-liter water heater. All bathrooms are equipped with mini cabinets with mirror lights.

Frame
is made from steel. (Colour -Blue)

Load-Off
Loading of caravans will be done with a crane. All caravans have special hooks in the chassis/skit so the caravan can be lifted with a crane.
 

Note: Offloading of the caravans at Buyers site will be buyer"s responsibility.
