Construction:
 All welded steel construction to ST 52.3 / QST 380 TM or equivalent. All side raves, front corner posts from extruded aluminum sections riveted to the polyurethane panels.

Chassis:
 Longitudinal members of hot rolled I-Beams. Cross members of rolled sections or pressed steel section

Body Construction:
 Sides, front wall and roof made of one Single piece insulated sandwich panels covered on both sides with pre-painted Alu Zinc of Special Alloy sheets Alu Zinc sheet Painted from out side with 25 microns of main paint and 7 microns of primers. (Color is white). Alu Zinc sheet painted from inside with 24 microns of main paint and 6 microns of primers.

Wall Thickness:
 Front wall thickness is of 100 mm, Side wall thickness is of 100 mm
Roof wall thickness is of 100 mm, Floor wall thickness is of 150 mm
Note: rear door thickness is 80 mm

Rear Door:
 The rear door is a two piece construction with Stainless Steel frame, each door is fitted with 4 hinges on either side, external-locking assembly. All doors are provided with rubber flap type seals.

Door locks and hinges:
 Galvanised steel hinges.

Running gear (axles):
 3x9 tons BPW® / SAF®  "Axle with"Air suspension"(Germany)

 Thermoking cooling unit Model-SL 200e. The unit can operate in diesel or electrical standby.
