Body:
Sides, front wall and roof made of single piece insulated sandwich panels covered on both sides with pre-painted Alu Zinc of special alloy sheets with 25 microns of main paint and 7 microns of primer (White colour)
Front Wall thickness of 100mm
Side Wall thickness of 100mm
Roof Wall thickness of 100mm
Floor Wall thickness of 150mm

Floor:
One Piece panel with one side special Aluminium square profile to allow air circulation, and other side pre-painted galvanized steel sheets, 150mm Polyurethane.  This floor design allows the air flow under the pallets.

Door:
Double wing door with mild steel frame, each door Equipped with 3 hinges, external locking bar and complete with sealing gaskets. Door can be fully opened against side panels.

Sub Frame:
Made from high tensile steel painted with epoxy primer.
All steel fabrication protected with anticorrosive preparation during assembly.

Cooling Units:
Thermo king unit Model RDII SR  designed to maintain temperature between + 0 degrees  to -20 degrees C at an outside temperature of 60 degrees C. The unit will run by diesel or electrical power and automatic defrosts.

Accessories:
Recessed Interior lighting mounted inside roof panels.
Ladder for inspection of reefer unit.

Accessories:
Mudguards & Mudflaps behind rear wheels Rear bumper Reflecting sign at the rear Side marker lights on both sides the box. Rear Indicator lights are fitted with protective grills. Rubber buffers/Bolsters fitted at rear of the unit One no. tool box (small) fitted at side of truck.

Painting System :
Chassis-Grit blasted to S.A.2.5 and coated with One coat of  Zinc Rich Epoxy primer and top coat of high gloss Polyurethan  finish paint in Grey colour.
